REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• 10 plus years’ experience in reliability engineering in the medical instrument and/or medical device industry
• Deep understanding of reliability theory and general practice
• Hands on experience in developing reliability models
• Hands on experience in planning and conducting reliability tests
• People Management experience is a plus

JD: –

• Build and lead the Reliability Engineering program to ensure products meet customer requirements.
• Develop product reliability requirements based on industry standard and customer requirements
• Develop reliability requirements from systems level all the way down to component level
• Develop product reliability test methodologies
• Lead and supervise reliability test team including engineers and technicians
• Compile, analyze and interpret reliability test data
• Write and review reliability reports

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $79,681.00 – $130,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
