Key Responsibilities

• Execute the full lifecycle of executive recruiting, including candidate research, engagement, qualification, presentation, advisory, and placement.
• Build diverse and high-caliber talent pipelines through strategic outreach, research, and networking.
• Collaborate with leadership on market intelligence initiatives, client strategy, and retained search execution.
• Develop deep knowledge of the semiconductor and technology industries to build lasting intellectual capital.
• Drive business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
• Embrace full ownership of the search process in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
