Senior IT Technician

We are a Managed Service Provider building a team in the Dallas area to provide comprehensive IT services to small and medium-size businesses. In this role, you will be the Senior IT Technician responsible for managing our client’s IT environment
Your days will include building IT solutions to meet a client’s business needs. You will also work jointly with sales to provide pre- and post-sales support, so clear, professional communication is a must.

Proven history of organizational success and a large network of technical support for you.
Five or more years of hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting and repairing networking equipment, servers and workstations, implementing policies and controls, migrating environments to the cloud, Microsoft 365 administration, and working with Active Directory.
Three or more years of experience in a client-facing environment such as technical support or sales engineering.
Good project management skills to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience.
Comfort in working with clients to troubleshoot and resolve current and historic issues regarding their business and technology.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Desire to create an experience that customers will love.
Experience working at a Managed Services Provider (MSP) – this would be a HUGE PLUS!
Experience with the following is highly desirable:
RMM (remote monitoring and management) software such as Kaseya or ConnectWise.
PSA for ticketing and project management such as AutoTask or Zoho
Ability to problem solve at a high level, extraordinary customer service skills, strong multi-tasking and organizational skills.
One or more relevant certifications:
CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or similar certs

Pay: $65,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
