2. About the Opportunity: The Talent Development Generalist supports enterprise talent programs aimed at improving employee experience, development, and organizational effectiveness. This role partners with HR and business leaders to implement initiatives such as onboarding, early career programs, engagement, recognition, performance management, career pathing, and succession planning, playing a key role in project execution and program improvement.

3. Responsibilities:

• Support execution and coordination of enterprise talent programs including onboarding and early career initiatives
• Manage program timelines, deliverables, communications, and logistics
• Maintain tools and documentation for consistent program delivery
• Support employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs
• Assist with performance management processes and career pathing resources
• Aid succession planning activities and talent reviews
• Administer talent assessment tools and track related metrics
• Assist with internal mobility resources and development initiatives
• Coordinate learning initiatives and administer the learning management system
• Update learning materials linked to talent programs

4. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in talent development, HR, or organizational development
• Strong project coordination and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
• Strong communication and stakeholder support skills

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
