Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the recruitment team in managing the end-to-end hiring process. This role is responsible for coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment systems, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
The ideal candidate is proactive, communicative, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Manage candidate communications throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain and update Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) with accurate information
- Assist with job postings and recruitment marketing activities
- Prepare offer letters and support onboarding documentation
- Track hiring metrics and generate recruitment reports
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience
- Support recruiters with sourcing and administrative tasks
- Manage calendars, interview logistics, and feedback collection
Qualifications
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience with ATS platforms (Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Familiarity with recruitment and HR processes
- Experience in high-volume hiring environments
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience in agency or corporate recruiting is a plus
