Build strategic media plans across a variety of mediums with agencies of record, identify and recommend media outlets that fit the target audience Provide expert knowledge and management on both the media landscape and sharing information and recommendations on multi-channel marketing programs Co-manage agency partners, and ensure Manage development, generation, distribution, and analysis of paid media tactics & approval reporting requirements and metrics

How you will contribute:

• Manage paid media campaigns, track advertising performance and make recommendations of changes or new plans to achieve our growth in the most cost-effective fashion.
• Co-manage daily agency partners and partner with account leadership to coordinate and communicate the impact of marketing activities
• Build full funnel digital media plans for US BioLife Centers thereby generating new profiles that lead to new donors who impact essential business KPIs including cost per liter, Ig content, and volume collected
• Communicate with Field Marketing Reps, Brand, Corporate Communications, HR, Digital Experience Team, Promotions team and Agency partners to build digital media briefs, implement strategic campaign plans, and to provide new solutions in a collaborative fashion
• Liaise and collaborate with domestic and international teams to ensure paid media buys are coordinated and integrated
• Manage cross-channel media buys, analyzing performance for real-time optimization
• Create SEO/SEM strategies and opportunities contribute to any content strategy projects, including providing insights into UX and digital best practices. Partner with Digital Experience Lead and web development team to implement technical SEO best practices
• Use web analytics data from several sources to evaluate traffic building projects’ effectiveness and provide recommendations for improvements in content, user experience, and conversion
• Monitor and improve keywords on an ongoing basis to promote conversions and hit business level KPIs and goals, delivering return
• Maintain the promotional approval system and implement enhancements and modifications to established workflows and system configurations, partnering with IT, Communications/Promotions, Regulatory Affairs.

What you bring to Takeda:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS)
• 4+ years work experience, with 3 years retail pharmaceutical or consumer experience required, including Marketing, Marketing Operations, or a related commercial function
• Experience with the promotional approval process
• Knowledge of digital marketing, channels and platformsProject management experience
• System management or implementation experience
• Training skills
• Excel skills (can perform complex functions) used in reporting analytics and creating presentations
