We are looking for a skilled Packaging Lead to join our team at the Great Northern Baking Company in Minneapolis! Specific Production Tasks: Prepare pans for filling, including lining them Assemble equipment per SOP Print case labels from Flexibake as needed Pull proper overwrap and labels as needed Run packaging equipment as scheduled (per equipment SOP). Including but not limited to metal detectors, labelers, shrink wrap etc. Record proper information on paperwork as required Pushcarts into and out of the freezer as needed Disassemble equipment for cleaning after a daily run Keep area clean during run and after each run Knowledge of handling allergens to prevent cross-contamination Daily equipment maintenance Other duties as assigned About Great Northern Baking For almost 30 years, Great Northern Baking Company has been a small, made-from-scratch bakery in NE Minneapolis.
