The Systems Administrator will manage and maintain servers, operating systems, and core infrastructure services, ensuring availability, performance, and security. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring systems, applying patches and updates, managing backups and recovery procedures, and implementing standard configurations. The role also involves troubleshooting incidents, providing technical support to users, collaborating with network and security teams, and documenting processes and system changes. The Systems Administrator will help identify opportunities for automation and optimization, contributing to a stable and efficient IT environment.
