Superior Plus Propane Hiring for Manager of Communications Job at Wayne, PA Full Time

The Manager of Communications will lead the organization’s communications initiatives and will develop and implement internal communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission. This position reports directly to the Vice President Human Resources.
Major Responsibilities:

• In direct alignment with our Superior Way, identify and capitalize on opportunities to promote and positively represent the organization through internal communication.
• Connect Corporate and Field communications through a streamlined strategic approach
• Develops and implements policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity, and promotes and supports the organization’s mission.
• Drafts proposals for special communications projects; presents on and promotes these projects to management.
• Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including acquisitions, special events, company-wide community service, and other topics of interest.
• Prepare and communicate senior Leadership material through our internal Pipeline.
• Represents the company in a variety of settings, always promoting the company in the best possible way.
• Where. needed, work with vendors to write material.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in communications is recommended
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in communications field
