Electric Bike Mechanic – Contractor Position (Part-Time)

$25k – $27k

At Sunryde, we are looking for someone with good experience working with electric bikes. Anything from tires to brushless motor and mechanical builds.

At Sunryde, everyone plays a critical role. Your Mission is to help us assemble electric bikes for a production line.

**This position is a contractor or part-time work, we also offer stock options.

What You’ll Do: * 15 hrs per week (Part-Time Position). (On-call: Monday – Saturday)

• Electrical Wiring
• Diagnose bikes.
• Basic Understanding of a brushless electric motor
• Parts adjustments such as adjusting brake calipers and rotors
• Know how to fix adjust electrical and mechanical parts
• Know how to adapt to a new bike design * Perform quality checks.
• Fix or exchange: Pedal, Chain, Headlight, Kick Stand, battery switch, basic Understanding motor controller box.

What You’ll Need:

• Great skills with hand tools and lifting over 55 pounds.
• Strong management and organizational skills.
• Flexible schedule.
• Ability to self-manage and also work well with engineers.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 – $27.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• On call
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay

Experience:

• Mechanic experience: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver’s License (Preferred)
