Food & Beverage Purchasing Manager
The Food & Beverage Purchasing Manager works closely with the banquet, restaurant, and lodge operations on coordinating and supervising daily operational buying projects and vendor relationships within the Food & Beverage Department. The position requires high attention to detail, strong communication skills with diplomacy, efficient time management, and self-management. Responsibilities included, but not limited to are, Order Guide Management, Data Entry, Bidding, and Vendor Management. This position s directly to the Executive Director of Food & Beverage.
