Summit Retail Solutions is currently hiring Retail Customer Service Representatives!

We are looking for energetic, customer service-focused individuals with a passion for the retail industry. The person(s) for this position should be outgoing, self-motivated, reliable and enjoys working in a retail setting speaking with consumers.

Duties:

• Engage customers at our retail campaigns to drive sales through the register.
• Effectively promote products & services
• Assist Management team with event prep and closing.
• Maintain retail relationship.
• Comply with program and retailer-specific guidelines.
• Inventory management
• Display setup and breakdown

Requirements:

• Strong desire to work within the retail, sales, or marketing industry.
• One-year experience working in retail, customer service, sales, or similar field.
• Reliable transportation to travel up to 40 miles to our retail partners and transport sales promotional items, displays, signage.
• Ability to work full-time retail hours punctually and reliably (weekends are included).
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time in a retail store.
• Ability to lift/move 35 pounds or more.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail sales environment.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Guaranteed hourly pay PLUS commission.
• Overtime available for top performers.
