Sugar Bee Clothing Hiring for Social Media Content Creator & Manager Full Time

Growing lifestyle brand is seeking a Social Media Content Creator to help manage the content creation for social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in social media and marketing and the ability to create compelling visual content across multiple channels.*You MUST submit a link to a social media page that you have curated or help curate*

Key Responsibilities:

• Create compelling visual content for social media platforms, especially Instagram and Tiktok. Pinterest would be a plus!
• Monitor trends in social media, fashion, lifestyle/pop culture, and appropriately apply that knowledge to create viral content.
• Develop new and creative ways to generate buzz through content creation.
• Assist with “behind the scenes” visual content.
• Uncover trends, sounds, and viral concepts by searching hashtags, brands, and other influencers through TikTok and other social platforms.
• Monitor and track KPIs for social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Friendly & Detail-oriented
• Familiarity with how to use Tiktok, Instagram, and relevant editing tools.
• Social media links for a page that you either owned or were responsible for – you will NOT be considered unless attached.
• Experience in creating a curated social media page (Instagram or Tiktok preferred – can be your personal page).
• Experience working in retail/e-commerce or other creative environments preferred.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, ability to excel in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 – $25.00 per hour
