The Role
Branch is growing across multiple channels, and our partnerships are at the center of that growth. We’re looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to source, close and scale our most important external relationships, from enterprise wholesale accounts to marketplace expansion to new revenue lines we haven’t fully built yet.
This is not a role where you inherit a playbook. You’ll need to size opportunities quickly, make bets on where to focus, and then execute with speed and precision. The mandate is wide-ranging: from building and executing on approach to key account management, to helping optimize our presence on Amazon and vertical marketplaces, to licensing exclusive IP for co-branded products that expand our serviceable market, to anything else that drives revenue through external relationships. The expectation is that you prioritize ruthlessly and move fast on what matters, with a consistent focus on driving revenue and fantastic customer experiences across every channel we sell.
Reporting to our Director of Partnerships, this is a high-visibility, hands-on and highly impactful role that touches nearly every part of the business. The right person for this role has the strategic instincts to frame complex decisions and the operational hustle to close deals and ship results: think the analytical rigor of a top-tier consultant and the impatience of a founder.
