Stephens Direct is looking for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our busy and growing agency. The ideal candidate will have an impressive portfolio, agency experience, and demonstrate a high level of expertise in both print and digital design work.

Responsibilities Include:

• Producing high-end graphics for print, digital, and presentations
• Working collaboratively as part of a creative team (copy and MarTech) to deliver strong concepts
• Working effectively across the agency to collaborate with account, strategy, project management, and leadership
• Providing ideas that deliver on the brief but also push the boundaries and exceed expectations
• Communicating ideas effectively to all levels of the agency
• Problem-solving mentality that helps bring ideas to life
• Delivering work on time and on budget

The successful candidate must have these qualifications:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience
• Agency experience preferred
• Impressive online work portfolio, including experience in print and digital design
• Strong design aesthetic and impressive conceptual abilities
• A curious nature that brings an infectious excitement to solving creative challenges
• Ability to accept feedback and deliver stronger work because of it

• Can work independently or as part of a team, as the situation necessitates
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and design skills
• Excellent project management skills, ability to meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects simultaneously
• Able to work in a hybrid role when we return to the office
