The Accounting Manager will be responsible for managing the AP team, preparing audit and tax requests, and assisting with various accounting and reporting functions. This associate will also be responsible for BU accounting/reporting for our Interiors Group [IG], including manufacturing accounting for a plant and assisting with FP&A, and will provide financial reports to our internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage AP Team and provide assistance to AP Supervisor and China Shared Service Team

• BU Accounting, including Manufacturing for Brownsville Plant.

• Assist with FP&A for our Interiors Group

• Prepare monthly commission reports and annual bonus calculation, analyzing Commission vs. Salary for subset of sales consultants.

• Assist with rebate processes

• Assist with month-end accounting/reporting functions and controls

• Review lease agreements and prepare operating lease and payment schedules

• Assist with annual audit and tax requests

• Ad hoc projects including system related changes/implementation

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance required, CPA or Masters Degree preferred

• 3-5 years of Accounting experience

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with strong knowledge of Excel including pivot tables and vlookups

• Strong problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills

• Experience with JDEdwards Enterprise One and Hubble preferred
