Sr. Director of Marketing is responsible for contributing to the management and growth of the overall brand through key growth initiatives. First, they are responsible for managing the marketing fund and for managing all members of the marketing department and the general direction of the Taziki’s marketing program. They teach and support Taziki’s high-touch (LSM) and high-tech (Digital strategies) model, and identify opportunities to drive sales. Second, in coordination with Operations, they are responsible for the expansion of Taziki’s off-premise dining and digital ordering program, which includes catering and delivery. Third, the Sr. Director of Marketing is responsible for supporting Taziki’s franchise recruitment strategy to continue the expansion of the brand.
