Full Job Description
Mueller Sprinklers is a commercial and residential underground sprinkler company that has been in business since 1981. In addition to underground sprinklers, we also do seeding, sodding, retaining walls and snow removal.
Summary – the service technician will repair existing underground sprinkler systems for the Columbus area. They will report directly to the Service Manager and will work independently. There will be some work with the installation crew. Some construction and equipment repair. Hours for full time are 8 to 5 but will need to be flexible. During busy season there will be over time. Will need to be on call 24/7 during snow removal season. Pay will be based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and co-workers
- Maintain company vehicle in good/clean condition
- Repair underground sprinkler systems
- Time in and out daily on an electronic tablet
- Repair and assemble Exmark mowers
- Snow removal/deicing
- Some construction work
- Equipment repair/maintenance
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Must be able to operate electronic tablet
- Good communication
- Must be able to locate wires with a wire locator
- Welding
- Must be able to work independently
