Essential Job Functions:
* Utilizes company software/systems effectively and appropriately.
*Assists with new hire process and schedule new hire orientation.
* Assist with leave management and benefit continuation.
* Assist with preparation for open enrollment meetings and the administration of company-wide benefits programs.
* Assist with monthly billing reconciliation.
* Assist with audit document production.
* Processes and tracks worker compensation claims and leave of absence requests.
* Ensures that all data and records are maintained in a safe and confidential manner. ·
* Maintains personal files, prepares files for off site storage.
* Run reports and compile data from various sources.
* Process and respond timely to unemployment claims and employment verification request.
* Assists in reviewing payroll on a weekly basis. Process manual checks, voids, adjustments as needed.
* Assist with governmental reporting such as OSHA, EEOC, ACA, etc.
* Informs supervisor of any issues or concerns.
Qualifications/Skills/Educational Requirements: High school diploma, and two plus years related experience and/or training. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Strong organization, detailed oriented, ability to meet deadlines, and work on multiple projects at once. Ability to prioritize and resources.
