SPENGA Hiring for Sales Associate at Danville, CA Full Time

Our unique concept delivers a combination of spin, strength, and yoga in every 60-minute session, and is designed to hep improve your endurance, strength, and flexibility.
Position Summary: A SPENGA Sales Associate is a positive, energetic and efficient individual who is highly motivated and goal-oriented. Our Sales Associates book prospects, follow up on lead generation, achieve and surpass sales goals and help grow our studio. Sales Associates run the studio alongside our owners and General Manager to warmly welcome and care for our members. We are a team centric environment, where everyone pitches in on all fronts – bring your enthusiasm and energy and come help us deliver a fantastic member experience!
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Previous sales and/or management experience; preferably high end goods or services
- Strong leadership skills
- Willingness to learn. Candidates must be able to adapt to our exciting new fitness philosophy
- Motivation and drive
- Experience with the MindBody platform is a HUGE plus!
- Experience and/or knowledge in personal training, group training, spin and yoga are a plus
- Social media skills a plus

Job Requirements:
- Sell memberships and retail
- Check in members
- Assist/work front desk/ childcare staff
- Meet and exceed sales and retention expectations
- Retain and increase client participation
- Assist GM with daily operations
- Assist with retail ordering/management
- Assist with inventory management
- Help plan and coordinate community outreach efforts, studio events and corporate partnerships
- Set up and reset studio equipment before and after sessions
- Maintain clean facility
- As a SPENGA ambassador, you will sell and add to the SPENGA culture in and outside of the studio
