Spectrum Staffing Services Hiring for HR Generalist Full Time
SUMMARY
Our client, a global distribution company, is seeking a qualified a HR Generalist. This direct hire opportunity offers the opportunity to work with a highly successful and growing team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for the coordination and delivery of onboarding process, new hire orientation and training
- Establish and maintain an effective and credible relationship with both supervisors and employees; work closely with supervisors to provide support, planning and problem solving; foster open communication with business partners and employee population; answering HR related inquiries in a timely manner
- Work with Senior HR Manager to provide coaching and advice relative to employee relations matters, as well as the administration, interpretation and application of company policies
- Manage and coordinate generation from ADP (HRIS System); ensure the up-to-date accuracy of employee information within ADP HRIS system
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in human resources
- Bilingual English / Spanish required
- Knowledge of ADP WorkForce Now required
