What is the Sales Activation Specialist role?
It’s about building relationships and turning the knowledge you gain in training into service and sales wins. Spectrum Sales Activation Specialist make a real difference for our customers and the company. You will use a variety of tools and resources to review and make corrections to work orders to ensure they are completed and associated billing is accurate. This includes entering information, resolving issues with orders, and answering questions regarding installation and scheduling. You will also make customers aware of other product and service offerings they can benefit from. We’ll help you develop the skills to get comfortable in your role. Understanding the process and your customers’ sense of urgency will help you navigate your way to a satisfying customer experience.
