As the Operations and Program Management Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving the creation, adoption, and continuous enhancement of global recruitment processes, systems, programs, and external partnerships. Your work will directly contribute to Tiffany’s ability to achieve its ambitious talent acquisition goals and deliver an unparalleled candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with TA/HR leadership and cross-functional partners to identify opportunities for streamlining recruitment practices, propose innovative solutions for system optimization, and develop engaging content for continuous TA upskilling and learning initiatives. Additionally, you will provide vital support for our GTA Next Gen programming.
