The ideal candidate will possess strong project management support skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist in managing multiple vendors, projects, tasks, and navigating budgets, negotiations, and technical complexities of special event projects. A critical aspect of this role involves strong graphic design capabilities and understanding of CAD, SketchUp and/or Adobe suite?, specifically in drawing floor plans, lighting plots, audio plots, and rendering designs, to bring conceptual designs to life.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $70,125 – $94,875. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
