We are looking for a proactive and energetic HR professional to join our team.
Creating a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.
Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Suggest new procedures and policies to continually improve efficiency of the HR department and organization as a whole, and to improve employee experience.
Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations (ADA, EEO, FMLA, FLSA) and the ability to appropriately spot employment risk issues
Pragmatic experience with administration of compensation and benefits
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and analytically driven
