Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to fill a remote Guest Experience Specialist position within our team. As a Guest Experience Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting guest while providing the exceptional service we are known for in the industry! This position is great for individuals with or without prior experience, that love helping others, and can be done part or full time. The Guest Experience Specialist will be working in a high performance, guest-focused team environment, and will be responsible for several tasks. The Guest Experience Specialist (GES) will be responsible for the following roles:
Act as a lesion between guest and corporate, while providing resolution to complaints
Providing information and support to guest regarding products/services
Manage large amount of incoming calls, and time sensitive responses required
Inform guest of specials, deals, or promotions when available
Take appropriate detailed notes regarding guest request/needs to ensure accuracy
Attend required ongoing trainings, including zoom calls with team members
Maintain a positive,guest-oriented culture in the workplace
Work in harmony with other team members and leadership
Accurately handle guest funds, maintaining proper documentation of transactions
Must be able to multi-task, and adapt to changes
Be able to effectively problem solve, with a can-do attitude
Navigate through multiple systems and programs
Utilize deescalation training tactics
Actively listen to guest complaints, to locate the root cause, and provide a satisfactory resolution
Work with team leadership to ensure property customer service
Assist with the placement of orders, refunds, and or exchanges
Participate in ongoing training and skill development activities
Provide exceptional service, whether interpersonal, verbal, or written
Maintain a quiet distraction free office space
Guide guest through the planning process, and various packages
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Assist with generating sales leads – and providing them to our sales department
Respond promptly to customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely fashion
Go the extra mile, providing amazing service
Requirements:
Be at least 18 years of age, or older
Legally authorized to work within the United States
Computer with reliable internet connection
Effective with communication (verbal and written)
Outgoing personality, with a passion for service
Prior customer service experience highly encouraged, but not required
