Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Marketing Coordinator to support our fast-growing beauty retail business. This role focuses on content creation, social media management, influencer outreach, and event promotion, with a strong emphasis on K-beauty skincare, cosmetics, hair&body care, hair, and wigs. The ideal candidate understands beauty culture, trends, and how to turn daily store activity into engaging digital content.

Responsibilties

• Plan and manage social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and related platforms
• Create engaging videos, graphics, photos, and captions aligned with brand voice
• Support promotion of store events, brand activations, and product launches
• Assist with influencer outreach, coordination, and relationship management
• Keep monitoring engagement, trends, and competitor activities
• Support design works such as monthly flyers, promotional graphics, and event content if needed
• Collaborate with internal teams on in-store and e-commerce promotions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field is preferred.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries.
• Strong interest and understanding of K-beauty skincare, hair products, wigs, and multicultural beauty trends.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Suite, and video editing tools such as CapCut.
• Excellent writing, proofreading, and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Understanding of branding, influencer marketing, and basic public relations principles.
• Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Team-oriented, proactive, and comfortable collaborating across departments.
