Our clients span luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, and real estate industries, and we focus on delivering high-quality, design-forward marketing solutions that strengthen each client’s brand identity and online visibility.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Social Media Marketing & Graphic Design Associate to support a consistent and high-volume portfolio of client accounts. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, detail-oriented early-career candidate or recent graduate who is excited to take ownership of content creation, design, and day-to-day execution across multiple brands.

This is an ongoing contractor role with a steady daily and monthly workload and a significant volume of deliverables. It is best suited for someone with strong availability who can take on a consistent, high-volume workload and prioritize DG Creative Media as a primary client.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media content calendars across multiple client accounts
• Create and produce social content, including posts, Reels, TikToks, and short-form video
• Design clean, elevated, on-brand graphics using Canva or similar tools
• Edit and deliver short-form video content
• Conduct trend, competitor, and influencer research to inform content direction
• Support execution and optimization of Meta Ads campaigns
• Monitor engagement and manage community interactions
• Collaborate on branding, PR, and creative strategy initiatives
• Maintain organized digital assets and ensure brand consistency across platforms

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and digital content trends
• Strong design sensibility with the ability to create polished, on-brand visuals
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools; video editing experience preferred
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to manage tasks and timelines independently
• Ability to manage multiple brands and produce a consistent volume of content each week
• Interest in marketing, branding, and content creation
• Bonus: Experience with Meta Ads Manager, influencer outreach, analytics, or hospitality/luxury brands
