Social Media Manager — Remote, Full-Time Contractor Full Time NEW

Fuse is a creator SaaS. We help short-form video creators post to Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels.

We’re hiring a social media manager to own our brand and drive user signups from launch.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage Fuse’s TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook channels
  • Create and post content consistently (multiple posts daily)
  • Run paid ad campaigns on Meta and TikTok
  • Drive signups through your affiliate link
  • Track metrics and report weekly

Compensation

  • $20/hour base (40 hrs/week)
  • 5-10% commission on signups you drive
  • Commission paid monthly

Requirements

  • 2+ years of social media management
  • Experience with paid ads (Meta, TikTok)
  • Strong creator culture knowledge
  • Comfortable with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools
  • Self-motivated, remote work
