Social Media Manager & Content Creator

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative, style-driven Social Media Manager & Content Creator to lead and execute our digital presence. This individual will bring our brand to life across social platforms through compelling visuals, thoughtful storytelling, and consistent engagement.

This is both a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who can concept, shoot, edit, and analyze content while maintaining a strong and cohesive brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a social media strategy aligned with brand objectives
• Plan, create, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms
• Capture and edit photo and video content (in-store, studio, and lifestyle)
• Style looks and produce visually compelling fashion content
• Write engaging, on-brand captions
• Manage the content calendar and ensure consistency across channels
• Monitor trends and adapt content to remain culturally relevant
• Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and partnerships
• Identify, collaborate with, and manage relationships with influencers and content creators to support brand growth
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, merchandising, and e-commerce teams
• Track performance metrics and optimize content based on insights

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in social media or content creation (fashion or lifestyle preferred)
• Strong visual sensibility and understanding of brand aesthetics
• Proficiency in content tools (iPhone, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, etc.)
• Experience with short-form video (Instagram Reels, TikTok)
• Strong writing skills and attention to detail
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Comfortable both on camera and directing shoots
• Strong interest in fashion and awareness of current trends

Bonus

• Experience with fashion retail or e-commerce brands
• Influencer or UGC partnership experience
• Basic graphic design skills
• Paid social experience
