The Role

We’re looking for a talented and versatile Copywriter to join our creative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about luxury travel, fluent in brand voice strategy, and thrives in crafting compelling, on-brand content that captivates and converts. As a Copywriter at Persephone Social, you’ll play a key role in shaping the voice of some of the world’s most prestigious hospitality brands across social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging and brand-aligned copy for social media posts, captions, stories, and ads
• Develop copy for client campaigns, pitch decks, and Agency promotional materials
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm campaign concepts and storytelling angles
• Maintain and adapt brand voice across a range of clients within the luxury hospitality space
• Research destinations, experiences, and trends to inform culturally relevant and elevated content
• Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, tone, and consistency
• Participate in creative reviews and contribute to content strategy when needed

Qualifications

This is a full time, remote role reporting to a New York + Los Angelos based team.

• 2+ years of professional copywriting experience (preferably in luxury, travel, or hospitality sectors)
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to craft copy that aligns with brand tone and strategic goals
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their best practices
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Passion for storytelling, luxury travel, and the hospitality industry

Salary range is $65,000-$85,000 DOE.
