Electric & Rose is a coastal lifestyle brand born in Venice Beach, creating elevated essentials inspired by sun, salt air, music, and the rhythm of beach life.

We’re looking for someone to own and grow our social presence end-to-end—not just create beautiful content, but build a community, drive engagement, and translate culture into growth.

This is a hands-on role for a taste-driven creative who also thinks like an operator. Someone who understands what makes a brand feel right—and knows how to turn that into consistent growth across platforms.

What You’ll Own

You’ll be responsible for how Electric & Rose shows up across all social platforms—and how that presence grows.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute social strategy across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Create and oversee all content (Reels, TikTok, Stories, photography, video, copy)
• Own the content calendar—aligning storytelling with product drops, inventory, and growth goals
• Manage the visual identity across the grid, campaigns, and daily content
• Drive follower growth, engagement, and community interaction
• Lead influencer outreach, collaborations, and UGC strategy
• Partner with e-commerce on launches, email, and conversion-driven content
• Track performance weekly and optimize based on what’s working

Who You Are

You have great taste—but you also know what performs.

You’re as comfortable shooting/editing content as you are analyzing engagement and iterating quickly.

You don’t just follow trends—you understand why they work and how to adapt them to a brand.

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You…

• Have 3–5 years building or managing social for a fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brand
• Have a strong visual point of view and a deep understanding of brand aesthetic
• Know how to create content that feels native to each platform (especially IG + TikTok)
• Have experience growing accounts and improving engagement (not just posting)
• Are highly proactive—you bring ideas, not just execution
• Thrive in a fast-moving, founder-led environment

Bonus If You Have

• Photography or videography skills
• Strong editing instincts (CapCut, Premiere, etc.)
• Experience with influencer/creator partnerships
• Background in fashion or coastal/lifestyle brands

Compensation

• Salary: $75,000 – $80,000
