Quality Assurance: Functions as the Content Calendar Approver, ensuring that the Content Team’s output aligns with the brand’s strategic pillars.
Partner Relations: Responsible for attending partner meetings and setting the internal and external agendas.
Market Intelligence: Stays ahead of the curve by monitoring and reporting on emerging industry trends.
Team Coverage: Maintains pod-wide operational continuity during periods of absence or transition.
Marketing Growth at Kinship: Serve as Partner Account Lead.

Performance Optimization: Work with the pod leader to monitor metrics trackers, YTD goals and platform analytics and develop specific strategic action plans to course-correct underperforming accounts.
AI for Productivity: Implement and oversee the adoption of AI-driven workflow tools to streamline administrative tasks, summarize reporting, and team capacity tracking.
Strategic Improvements: Develop action plans with the team to optimize performance. Compile insights from the Content Team and the Coordinator on content and engagement performance.
Growth Tactic Strategies: Lead the strategy and support execution for social media growth, including paid strategy and execution and Influencer/Collaborations and identifying high-impact Social Media moments. Sends to partner for feedback and approvals.
A/B Testing Frameworks: Lead and work with the Content Team to implement A/B testing and turn data insights into repeatable content wins.
Creative Oversight: Oversee storytelling quality, engagement, and process efficiency.
Content Planning: Provides the Content Team with campaigns, initiatives, and content pillars.
Innovation: Identify and forecast emerging trends and implement in partner strategies and campaigns with the Content Team.
REPORTING
Performance Tracking: Oversee and report on insights and performance tracking, monitoring YTD goals and platform analytics to Pod Leader and Partner.
