About Zèya
Zèya is the world’s first swipe-to-swap marketplace, a peer-to-peer app where you swap what you own for what you want, with no cash involved. Think Tinder for your closet. We’re live in 7 cities including Miami, NYC, Dallas, and Paris, with 60K+ downloads and a seed round behind us. We just launched Version 3.0 and we’re moving fast.
We’re not building another resale app. We’re building a culture, swap culture, and we need someone who can put that culture on a screen and make people feel it.

The Role
This is a full ownership position. You run our social media, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. You help create content, manage our influencer relationships, engage with the community, and protect the brand voice across every post we put out. You report directly to the CEO.
This is not a scheduling job. This is not an agency role. This is not 9-to-5. Social media is alive in the evenings and on weekends, and so are you 🙂 not because we’re demanding, but because that’s the nature of building something real.

What You’ll Own
• All four social channels: Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, content, posting, and community engagement
• Content calendar: planned 2 weeks ahead at all times, no empty weeks
• Content creation: occasional filming, editing, graphic design, copywriting, you do the work, not just the direction. (We have editors so you’re not expected to do much editing).
• Influencer outreach: manage our existing creator lists, build new relationships, coordinate collab content
• UGC pipeline: source raw, authentic content from real Zèya users and swap stories
• Spark Ads: flag top-performing organic posts to our paid ads team for amplification
• Brand voice: every post, caption, and comment sounds like Zèya, not like an agency, not like a template
• PR support: assist with press pitching, media relationships, and story placement as needed

Who You Are
• A creator first. You’re comfortable on camera, you can edit a Reel, you know what makes someone stop scrolling. You’ve made content people actually watched.
• Platform-native. You understand TikTok’s algorithm the way a musician understands rhythm. You know the difference between content that performs and content that just exists.
• Miami-based. This role requires you to be in the city. We do in-person activations, pop-ups, events, and shoots. Remote doesn’t work here.
• Startup-minded. You’ve worked in a fast environment where priorities shift and you adapted.
• Independently driven. You don’t need someone to tell you to post. You see an opportunity and you take it. You check your mentions at 9pm because you care, not because someone asked you to.

Requirements
• 2–4 years of hands-on social media experience.
• Proven track record of growing an account organically, show us numbers
• Native content creation skills: filming, basic video editing, graphic design (Canva, Adobe, or equivalent)
• Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok, how the algorithm works, what formats perform, how to read analytics
• Experience with influencer outreach and creator management
• Strong written voice, you can write a caption that sounds human
• Miami-based or willing to relocate
Bonus:
• PR or media outreach experience
• Experience with a marketplace, app, or fashion brand
