Looking for a full time Social Media Manager in our American Fork location.
· Minimum 5-years experience managing corporate or business social media accounts including Meta, Instagram and TikTok.
· Medical Spa and Healthcare industries, photography and videography, Adobe suite, a plus.
As our Social Media Specialist you will be responsible for creating and publishing content on our social media platforms, including Meta, Instagram and TikTok to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales. You may also oversee site metrics, interact with readers, and be responsible for creative design. Generally speaking, you will plan our strategy around marketing, advertising, and finding new leads and perform audits to evaluate the effectiveness of our strategy.
You should understand the targeted audience for each social channel, creating persuasive content that strikes a chord with the intended audience, and unique to the typical interactions of each channel. You will be responsible for devising strategy, community management, creative directing, customer service, copywriting, and analyzing data.
Planning our social media strategy involves building out a cohesive vision that suits our company goals, strategizing tactics to achieve those goals, and generally exploring, testing, and optimizing different social media channels to suit our audience. The steps can be broken down into strategizing, engaging, creating, scheduling, listening, measuring, and experimenting.
Our strategy is to educate our Medial Spa clients and potential clients about current, new and innovative treatments and services to drive appointments. You will align your social media tactics to meet that goal.
Then, you’ll need to engage with our target audience on social, build a brand voice and create content that resonates with our clients. Each channel has its own algorithm and tactics for optimization, in this way, scheduling is also a big part of what you will do, ensuring that posts are scheduled regularly and at optimal days and times on specific channels.
As those elements are established, you will also need to measure results by tracking metrics and insights on each platform. You should be very familiar with the tools that help consolidate these results so that it’s easy to see which channels are most effective and what content elicits the most engagement. With this data, you will be able to experiment with new content and optimize high-performing posts, stories, reels, etc.
You will also be responsible for paid strategies and will need to be adept at using tools such as Facebook Ads Manager or other paid options on channels like Instagram and TikTok.

You will spend your days planning and executing social media strategy, creating and publishing content to a variety of platforms, and interacting with clients and audiences.
You will also need to measure results by tracking metrics and insights on each platform. The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic, and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.
You should have an expert understanding of how each social media channel works and how to optimize content so that it is engaging on those channels. You are responsible for joining relevant conversations on behalf of the brand and “soft selling” our products and services by providing support to current and new clients.
What is Your Role of a Social Media Specialist?
You are responsible for directly interacting with network users and virtual communities through their company’s social media accounts to build brand awareness, which in turn, generates results and sales.
Generally, your work involves getting people excited about our treatment and services options associated with our company through the creation and distribution of engaging content that people identify with. Weekly you will collaborate the executive team to improve the company’s online presence across multiple social media platforms.
To succeed, you must be fluent in social media with hands-on skills and knowledge of multiple social media platforms and awareness of current trends. You should have excellent communication skills including writing, editing, SEO, storytelling, and presentation ability with a strong sense of who the segment audience is and how to give them content that will appeal to them.
It’s also important to have competence with networking tools, such as Hootsuite, Planoly and others, that make it possible to manage several social media accounts from a single dashboard. Having experience with photography and Adobe Photoshop etc. is a plus.
You will implement, write social copy, communicate with the public through comments, and always keep an eye on what’s trending. You will also need to have an awareness of key micro influencers in our area to spread our brand message and make valuable connections.
You will also track and analyze social media KPIs and check up on ROI. You will publish and promote content on social media, usually by scheduling it in advance with the help of an editorial calendar.
