Small Engine Warehouse is one of the largest sellers of replacement lawn mower engines. We are seeking a highly skilled HR Manager for our company of 45 employees to be a vital member of our management team.

Supervises others: Not currently

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll and supporting payments
• Benefits Administration
• Recruiting and Staffing
• Performance Management and Improvement Systems
• Organization Development
• Compliance
• Employment Orientation, Development and Training
• Employee Relations
• Employee Safety, Welfare, Wellness and Health

Education and Experience:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Five years experience in Human Resources employment
• Management proficiency
• Computer proficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
