Director of Intake Opportunity Description

Our client is a multi-site provider of Hospice services. They have a current opening for a Director of Intake that can be Remotely based anywhere in the US. Medicare-certified Hospice intake, care coordination, and back-office support operations leadership experience is strongly preferred. A clinician is not necessary.

Director of Intake Job Requirements

• Medicare Hospice leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Intake / Care Utilization / EMR experience.
• Track record of staff development and process improvement.

Director of Intake Job Responsibilities

• Day-to-day oversite of centralized intake department which includes referral source management, care coordination, triage, EMR, and billing.
• Assess and improve workflow and processes.
• Develop staff and promote a positive culture.

The compensation scale listed is a general salary range and is not intended to represent the actual annual or hourly compensation rate for this role. An offer will be made to the selected candidate at the conclusion of the interview process based on their relevant experience and the responsibilities of the position.
