Shop Foreman Night Shift ($5.00 Premium) Full Time

Job Description

We are looking to hire experienced Shop Foreman for our second shift (4:30pm to 3:30am) crew. The position is a working foreman, overseeing roughly 15 Structural Welders/Fabricators and coordinating shop materials. As an incentive to working second shift, we offer a $5.00 per hour premium and paid lunch.

Job Responsibilities

· Able to Read, Interpret and Build Parts from Drawings/Prints

· Able to assist with Painting and Finnishes

· Must understand Structural Steel Fabrication

· Must be able to SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW

· Must have knowledge and ability to operate hand/power tools

· Strong attention to detail with inventory control

· Track and Submit Time Keeping documents

· Ability to Coordinate and load trucks with materials to be shipped

· Ability to lift heavy objects periodically (0-50lbs)

· Ability to operate Forklifts, Scissors, and Boom Lifts

· Ability to work overtime periodically
