Operations Engineer

The Opportunity:

Working with a multi-disciplined team, the Operations Engineer will be involved in a variety of

Power Engineering functions including substation operations, system protection, system operations, and planning. This position is tasked with providing technical solutions for operating a safe and reliable electric transmission system. Serves as a project manager for a range of projects related to both the improvement and long-term resiliency of the electric system. Serves as a technical resource to field crews, system operators, and other engineers.

The successful candidate will exhibit a willingness to learn a variety of components in the

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree required. Electrical Engineering preferred; however advanced technical degrees will be considered.
• Three (3) years of experience in engineering, project management, or transmission systems support or operations.
