Job Summary:

Duties/Responsibilities:
● Utilize MIS for accurate data capture of all inventory deliveries & requisitions
● Properly read and interpret work orders to ensure accurate shipping of all customer work
● Utilize various ship-to methods (such as FedEx, UPS, and Courier Services) accurately in order to ensure accurate delivery times
● Pick & Pull Fulfillment Items / Pack Customer Materials for shipping as needed
● Count, Track, and Order Items needed for Inventory as needed via a multitude of channels
● Report damages to the Leadership Team for assessment
● Responsible for Answering the Production Door for Deliveries and receivables
● Manage the replenishment and organization of materials on the floor and racking
● High Quality and Accuracy of shipping Customer Orders take the highest priority when it comes to the Shipping / Receiving Clerk position
● Verify accuracy of customer work coming from Production before packaging
● Loading, Unloading, and Staging Materials as needed via Forklift for Shipping Distribution
● Maintain positive interpersonal working relationships with the rest of the Production Team
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Ability to Partner with Others Successfully
● Highly Adept at Computer Literacy Skills (Typing, Email, Tharstern MIS Systems) ● Basic Knowledge of Print, Mail, and Shipping Processes
● High Attention to Detail to maintain High Quality Standards
● Self-Motivated and Resourceful
● Ability to Lift 50-75 lbs. of Material as Needed
● Able to Multitask in a Fast-Paced Environment
● Forklift Operations and Certification
Education and Experience:
● Logistics (Production, Shipping, and Warehouse Familiarity): 5 Years (Preferred)
