Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for the Senior Vice President of Global Growth. The individual in this leadership position will oversee global growth strategies, lead cross-functional teams, drive business development, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic vision. Responsibilities include spearheading sales initiatives, expanding into new markets, optimizing marketing efforts, and developing and implementing strategic growth plans. Regular collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to foster partnerships and identify opportunities for scalability will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and establish market presence.
• Demonstrated experience in Team Leadership and Strategic Planning to guide cross-functional collaboration and develop long-term business strategies.
• Strong understanding of Marketing principles to create and oversee effective outreach and branding programs.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of driving international growth and managing global teams is highly desirable.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Ability to work in a remote setting with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
