Position Overview
The Senior Vice President of Corporate Project Management is responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, coordination, and execution of the company’s key strategic projects, thereby driving the successful realization of various business objectives. Through the optimization of project management processes, as well as the enhancement of collaborative efficiency and resource utilization, this role supports the company’s sustainable growth and the achievement of its operational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Project Coordination and Management
Responsible for the overall planning and advancement of the company’s key projects.
Develop project implementation plans, clearly defining objectives, timelines, and resource requirements.
Monitor project execution progress to ensure alignment with established plans.
Coordinate and resolve issues that arise during the project implementation phase.
Organizational Coordination
Foster cross-departmental collaboration to enhance operational efficiency.
Establish effective communication mechanisms to facilitate information sharing and resource integration.
Coordinate collaborative efforts involving internal teams and external partners.
Support the organization and execution of major business initiatives and special projects.
Process Optimization
Continuously refine project management systems and operational workflows.

Resource Management

Team Building
Responsible for building and developing the project management team.

Job Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
A degree in Management, Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Work Experience
20+ years of experience in project management, operations management, or general management.
5+ years of experience in a senior management role.
Proven experience in coordinating large-scale projects and facilitating cross-departmental collaboration.
Experience working within mature, established corporate environments is preferred.
