Nicholas V. Jones is assisting us—the newly established Astrix Capita—in recruiting senior management talent. Astrix Capita is a private equity firm co-founded in partnership with Hillhouse Capital. While Hillhouse Capital serves as one of our investors, they are not involved in our day-to-day management operations. Our company’s primary focus is providing clients with cryptocurrency trading strategies, followed by offering educational resources and knowledge regarding cryptocurrencies.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Vice President, Business Planning. The role involves leading strategic business planning initiatives, overseeing financial planning and budgeting, and utilizing analytical insights to drive decision-making processes. Responsibilities include identifying key opportunities, developing actionable strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives. This role requires a forward-thinking approach to create impactful solutions for client and company challenges alike.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Business Planning and Strategic Planning
• Advanced Analytical Skills to interpret data and support decision-making processes
• Proficiency in Finance and Budgeting to manage and allocate resources effectively
• Proven leadership abilities and experience managing cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred
• Proven track record in a leadership role within employee benefits, insurance, or corporate operations is a plus
