We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Partnership Manager (Programmatic) to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving and scaling our strategic programmatic partnerships across the global AdTech ecosystem. You will spearhead the expansion of our network—focusing on **SSPs, DSPs, Ad Exchanges, and premium Publishers and manage the entire partnership lifecycle from initial outreach and negotiation to technical onboarding and long-term revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnerships: Formulate and execute strategies to build high-impact programmatic partnerships with global SSPs, DSPs, and top-tier publisher ecosystems to maximize revenue opportunities.
End-to-End Lifecycle Management: Own the full partnership lifecycle, including lead sourcing, commercial negotiation, deal structuring, legal/contract coordination, technical integration, and post-onboarding growth.
Supply & Demand Expansion: Actively expand premium mobile in-app, web, and Connected TV (CTV) supply/demand relationships to create incremental yield and monetization opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal Product, Tech, Operations, and Compliance teams to optimize integration efficiency, troubleshoot implementation issues, and maximize partner performance.
Market Insight & Strategy:Identify emerging market trends, competitive threats, and data-driven partnership opportunities to align company offerings with the evolving AdTech landscape.
Industry Representation:Represent the company at major global AdTech conferences, networking events, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence and build local/international pipelines.
Job Requirements
Professional Experience:3–5+ years of proven business development, account management, or partnership experience within the **AdTech, Programmatic Advertising, or Mobile Monetization industry.
Ecosystem Expertise: Deep, foundational understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, including OpenRTB protocols, ads.txt compliance, SSP/DSP mechanics, and anti-fraud measures.
Proven Track Record:Demonstrated success in structuring complex commercial deals and managing high-value publisher or demand-side accounts with measurable revenue growth.
Analytical Skills:Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics (e.g., eCPM, fill rates, bid leaks) to optimize partner yields.
Communication Skills:Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Full professional proficiency in English is required for navigating global enterprise partnerships.💡
