Role Overview: Sunday Riley is looking for a revenue-driving Social Commerce & Conversion Content Manager to grow sales across TikTok Shop, Amazon creator commerce, affiliate commerce, live shopping, and owned digital channels.
This role is responsible for turning social commerce into a meaningful revenue channel for the brand. The person will own the strategy, execution, reporting, and optimization of creator-led shopping programs, with a clear focus on GMV, revenue, conversion, sell-through, affiliate performance, and product-level growth.
This is not a traditional influencer marketing role or a social media content role. It is a revenue-driving role that uses creators, UGC, founder-led education, shoppable content, live selling, and platform-native shopping behavior to drive measurable sales.
The ideal candidate understands how consumers discover, evaluate, and purchase beauty products inside social and marketplace environments. They know how to identify creators who can sell, brief content that converts, optimize TikTok Shop and Amazon creator opportunities, and turn social proof into commercial performance.
This person will also create the briefs and calendars needed to repurpose high-performing UGC, founder-led education, creator content, and live shopping clips for owned pages, Amazon, TikTok Shop, PDPs, brand pages, paid media, and other conversion-focused placements.
Success in this role will be measured by revenue growth, creator-driven sales, conversion improvement, affiliate productivity, TikTok Shop and Amazon performance, live shopping results, and the ability to turn content into measurable commerce outcomes.
