SENIOR MANAGER, RETAIL PERFORMANCE AND OPERATIONS
The Senior Manager, Retail Performance and Operations is responsible for leading and managing the overall retail operations for Barton Perreira, driving commercial performance, elevating client experience, and strengthening brand presence across the retail network.
This role combines strategic vision with operational leadership, translating brand objectives into impactful retail strategies while ensuring consistency, profitability, and excellence across all store locations. This role plays a critical role in developing high-performing teams, optimizing retail performance, and supporting the long-term growth and expansion of the business.

Profile
PROFILE 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in luxury retail management, preferably within eyewear, jewelry, or high-end fashion. Proven track record of developing and executing successful retail strategies in a competitive luxury environment. Strong leadership capabilities with demonstrated experience building, inspiring, and developing high-performing teams. Strong business acumen, including financial management, sales forecasting, and operational optimization. Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for luxury retail and brand storytelling. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace and business decisions. Flexibility to travel extensively and work evenings or weekends as business needs require.
Additional Information
The hiring range for this position ranges from $140,000-150,000. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon the candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
