This role supports employees in the U.S. and Canada while partnering closely with our India counterparts to ensure alignment and consistency in HR operations.
The Sr. HR Generalist serves as the primary point of contact for employee HR inquiries and is responsible for delivering a high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This role partners closely with leadership and management lines to provide guidance on employee matters and ensure consistent messaging and decision-making across the organization.
With ownership over critical HR processes and systems, the Sr. HR Generalist drives process standardization, data integrity, and continuous improvement to build scalable, efficient HR operations—while delivering high-quality employee experience.
