Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting professional online interviews and conversations 

• Mentoring and supporting individuals through personal growth initiatives 

• Participating in weekly training and leadership development sessions 

• Working collaboratively with a remote global team 

• Applying strong communication and organisational skills in a digital environment 

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5+ years’ profesional experience 

• Background in coaching, mentoring, leadership, wellness, consulting, education, or executive roles preferred 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Ability to work autonomously and within a team 

• Professional approach with a growth-focused mindset 

• Comfortable using online platforms and remote communication tools
