The Senior Executive Vice President serves as a core member of the company’s executive leadership team. Typically reporting directly to the CEO, the President, or the Board of Directors, this individual is responsible for the comprehensive leadership and management of key business segments, strategic initiatives, or core functional areas. This role combines a Board-level strategic vision with Vice President-level executive capabilities, playing a pivotal role in corporate strategy formulation, operational management, organizational governance, and long-term value creation.
**Core Responsibilities**
**I. Corporate Strategy Formulation and Operational Management**
* Participate in overall corporate strategic planning, medium-to-long-term development direction, and major operational decision-making;
* Translate the Group’s overarching strategy into specific strategic objectives and execution roadmaps for assigned business segments;
* Assume primary responsibility for revenue growth, profit performance, and overall operational results.
**II. Business Segment Leadership and Operational Coordination**
* Assume full responsibility for the management of one or more core business units, geographic regions, or functional systems;
* Drive business scale expansion, enhance operational efficiency, and optimize profitability;
* Ensure that business execution remains in strict alignment with the Group’s strategic direction.
**III. Driving Major Projects and Strategic Initiatives**
* Lead enterprise-wide major projects, strategic transformations, and organizational upgrade initiatives;
* Manage complex cross-departmental projects and coordinate critical resources;
* Ensure that major projects deliver their intended commercial value and strategic outcomes.
**IV. Organizational Governance and Risk Control**
* Support Board governance, regulatory compliance management, and the control of major risks;
* Establish high-standard management mechanisms, delegation frameworks, and performance management systems;
* Drive the company’s standardization, systematization, and sustainable development.
**V. Capital Operations and External Relations (Scope dependent on specific role)**
* Support activities related to financing, investment, M&A, and capital markets;
* Represent the company in high-level communications with investors, strategic partners, and key external institutions;
* Drive strategic partnerships and resource integration.
**VI. Executive Team Collaboration and Talent Development**
* Collaborate closely with other senior executives, including the CEO, CFO, COO, and CHRO;
* Build high-performance management teams and develop a strong leadership pipeline;
* Cultivate core talent possessing both strategic vision and operational capabilities.
**Job Qualifications**
**Educational Background**
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering Management, or a related field;
* An MBA, EMBA, or international educational background is preferred. **Work Experience**
* 15–20+ years of experience in general management, strategic management, or business operations;
* At least 8–10 years of experience in senior management roles (e.g., VP, GM, BU Head);
* Proven track record of successful management within large organizations, complex business environments, or multi-regional operations.
