AND Gather produces paid social content at scale for DTC brands. We’re hiring a part-time Senior Creative Producer and Ops Manager to take ownership of two active accounts in supplements and beauty.
This is not a creative strategy role. This is an infrastructure role. You’re stepping into accounts that need process discipline, a real QA workflow, and someone who can mentor a junior team. The creative teams are largely offshore. The client review cycles are layered. The volume is high.
We need someone who can assess what’s broken, build what’s missing, and run both accounts with minimal oversight within 60 days.
What the work looks like:
Manage production pipelines across paid social, CTV, UGC, and static for a multi-product-line supplements brand and a beauty brand. Build and enforce QA processes. Run weekly client calls and internal standups. Restructure team workflows to reduce hours and increase output quality. Mentor a junior creative producer and report back honestly on development potential. Own the day-to-day relationship with client stakeholders across creative, growth, and legal.
Who this is for:
7+ years in creative production at a performance marketing agency, social agency, or in-house DTC team. You’ve managed offshore and distributed creative teams. You’ve built QA systems, not just followed them. You know Asana, Figma, Slack, Dropbox. You’ve run accounts where the client has four stakeholders reviewing every asset and you still got things out the door clean.
Starting at ~20 hours/week with a path to full-time. Supplements or beauty experience strongly preferred. Moving fast on this.
